As of March 28, 2024 27 out of 31 members have paid their 2024 HOA fees in full.  The Board wishes to thank all of those who have paid their dues timely even with an increase this year.  Reminders will be sent to members who have not paid.  Please note a late fee of $25 may be assessed for non payment
